Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ekyura Jewels, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, the following policy outlines the conditions under which an exchange or refund may be requested.


1. Return, Exchange Window & Eligibility (India Only)

We offer a 3-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

Please note:

  • This policy is applicable only to customers with delivery addresses in India
  • Requests raised after 3 days of receiving the order will not be accepted
  • All requests must strictly meet the eligibility conditions outlined below


2. Exchange-First Policy

Ekyura Jewels follows a strict exchange-first policy.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind
  • Exchanges or refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

Refunds will be processed only if an exchange is unavailable due to product unavailability or upon customer request, subject to approval.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To be eligible for any exchange or refund, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be recorded from start to finish
  • The outer packaging, unsealing, and product condition must be clearly visible
  • The video must be continuous and unedited

No unboxing video = No exchange, no refund, no return

This condition is strictly non-negotiable.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product and provide a valid unboxing video:

  • You will be eligible for an exchange, subject to product availability
  • If an exchange is unavailable, a refund may be processed
  • Pickup of the item will be arranged by Ekyura Jewels
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by us
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging


5. Wrong Product Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • You are eligible for either an exchange first or a refund
  • Pickup will be arranged at no additional cost
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory

Refunds will be initiated after pickup completion only if product is unavailable.

Exchanges will be shipped without any additional charges.


6. RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Unavailability of the consignee at the time of delivery

The order may be re-shipped with additional shipping charges.

Refunds will not be provided in such cases.


7. Address Changes During Transit

If an address change is requested while the order is in transit:

  • Re-shipment will occur only after the original order is returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges will apply
  • No refunds will be issued

Customers are advised to contact us immediately for address updates.


8. Final Disclaimer

No return, exchange, or refund request will be processed without a complete unboxing video recorded from scratch. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure transparency and fair resolution.
